Our Fee
Fee Structure
Our fee models are flexible and based on time spent, matter complexity, and client preference. The following arrangements are available:
- Capped Fee: For litigation, arbitration, and long-term advisory
- Hourly Rates:
- Partners: USD 50/hour
- .Legal Officers: USD 30/hour
- Combined Fee: Hybrid structure to accommodate potential project delays
Note: All fees exclude 18% VAT and incidental disbursements (e.g., travel, copying, communications). We typically require a 70% retainer upon engagement and 30% upon completion.
All engagements are formalized through service
agreements and engagement letters. Contractual terms are
negotiated and agreed upon in advance of service delivery.
